Data set of forest fruit industry resources in Hotan Prefecture of Xinjiang from 2014 to 2024 based on GIS spatial overlay analysis

The Xinjiang Hotan area has a continental arid climate with abundant light and heat resources. The forest and fruit industry has emerged as a pillar of the local economy, and data on forest fruit resources serve as the foundation for scientific understanding and planning for the industry's development. In this study, GIS spatial overlay was used to describe the data of forest fruit resources in 2014,2019, and 2024, and to find out the current situation of forest and fruit industry resources in Hotan. Four categories of data make up this data: forest fruit resource, pest and disease,elevation, and planting management. This data is useful for understanding the distribution and features of Hotan's forest and fruit industry resources, investigating industrial benefits, identifying possible issues, and serving as a foundation for developing focused development strategies.
