"Age-related demethylation of the TDP-43 autoregulatory region in the human motor cortex" sequence reads

This is the bisulfite sequencing data used in our manuscript "Age-related demethylation of the TDP-43 autoregulatory region in the human motor cortex". It shows the number of sequencing patterns, defined by the presence or absence of methylated modifications at each CpG site. In the file, "C" indicates methylated cytosine base, and "T" indicates unmethylated cytosine base.
