In-House Library as Anti-Inflammatory Agents from Drug Design & Synthesis Lab, DPSDR, Punjabi University Patiala

The Drug Design & Synthesis Laboratory, Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Drug Research (DPSDR), Punjabi University Patiala, gathered the in-house chemical library dataset. The compounds are well-known for their significance in anti-inflammatory drug discovery and have been previously documented in the literature. The dataset has been linked to modulation of inflammatory targets, including cyclooxygenase (COX), interleukin-6 (IL-6), inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), and acetylcholinesterase (AChE). Also, certain compounds have demonstrated anthelmintic potential.
