NRS-17744 | Finance Committee minutes, agenda and reports [Sydney Opera House Trust]

This series consists of binders containing signed minutes from the Financial Committee of the Sydney Opera House Trust and binders containing agenda and reports to the Financial Committee. The main function of the committee was to report to the Trust on all financial matters, budget accounts, balance sheets, hiring charges and any other items of revenue or expenditure. The committee also considered and reported to the Trust on any proposals for capital expenditure.The minutes give the date, time and place of each meeting, list who from the committee was present at the meeting, outline the business arising for that meeting and any general business for discussion. The reports to the committee contained within the series include reports on the financial operations of the Trust, special project funds reports, revenue reports and auditor's reports.The minutes and reports provide a record of any recommendations made to the Trust by the Committee on all financial matters and proposals for capital expenditure.The committee minutes are contained within two binders in chronological order while the agenda and reports tabled to the committee are contained over three binders, also in chronological order.
