Mycovirole data

Datasets related to HTS libraries and RNA viruses identified in the Mycovirole project. Content of the folder: AllViruses_Mycovirole.tsv Table listing viral contigs identified in the project. Informations on the fungal host, sequencing library and first blast hit are shared for each contig. The sequences listed are shared in the fasta files named after each library (i.e. Viruses_[library name].fasta) LibrariesComposition_Mycovirole.tsv List of fungal isolated pooled in each sequencing libraries Libraries_SRAdata_Mycovirole.tsv SRA data associated to each public sequencing library ORFans_Mycovirole.tsv Viral ORFans identified for each library. The sequences listed are shared in the fasta files named after each library (i.e. ORFans_[library name].fasta)
