NRS-816 | Land account book

The volume contains two lists: lands sold by the Trustees; and lands leased with covenant to purchase during 21 years. Both lists are divided into columns showing: situation of the land, date of sale (or lease), names of purchasers (or tenants), quantity, rate per acre, amount, and terms of sale (or lease). There follows the land accounts of the clients (in order of date of sale or lease). These accounts give a dated record of amount due for purchase, amount of deposit, and instalments. The accounts of all of the purchasers are in this volume, but only a few lessees' accounts are included. (9/2708). 1 vol.
