Time constants, currents of all the neuronal groups, values are deduced from experiments, and by using above constraints and Connection strength (C. strength), and background current of all the neuronal groups.

*Values of Jsyn,j,i are calculated from the current Ij,i and the associated firing rate activity fi and also by using the above defined constraints.
**Parameter values are chosen such that the baseline activities and basic electrophysiological properties of the neurons are similar to those in experiments [4], [27], [35], [66], [71], [72], [73].
