Raw metabolomics data for glutamine and fish collagen peptides in alleviating post-antibiotic Streptococcus pneumoniae injury in feline lung cells

This dataset contains the raw metabolomics data from a study investigating the protective effects of Glutamine (GLU) and Fish Collagen Peptides (FCP) on feline pulmonary interstitial cells (FCA-L2) following Streptococcus pneumoniae (SP) infection and doxycycline treatment.Raw LC-MS/MS files acquired in both positive and negative ionization modes using a Q Exactive HF mass spectrometer.Biological samples consist of four groups: Negative Control (NC), SP-infected group (SP), SP-infected cells treated with 40 mM Glutamine (SP_GLU), and SP-infected cells treated with 500 ug/mL Fish Collagen Peptides (SP_FCP).
