16S rRNA gene compositions in secondary treated water (effluent from activated sludge process) was studied for one year together with influent and activated sludge bacterial population. Also, 16S rRNA gene composition in secondary treated water after filtration through 0.22micro-m membrane filter was studied. Several bacterial groups such as Patescibacteria were detected.
