Time-series transcriptome analysis of cecum in broiler chicken infected with mixed Eimeria species

RNA sequencing was used to observe the time-dependent host responses of Eimeria-infected chickens to examine the genes and biological functions associated with immunity to the parasite.RNA sequencing was used for analyis of the chicken cecum tissue.Experimental treatment NC (Necative control) and PC (Positive control) have 3 groups of time difference. There are samples belongs to the time points after 4 days post infection (dpi), 7dpi, and 21dpi.Eimeria species used for infection were Eimeria maxima, Eimeria tenella, and Eimeria acervulina.
