Peruvian regions: demographic and socioeconomic data from the 2007 and 2017 censuses

Data for comparing the Quality of Life (QoL) of the urban population in geographical areas and administrative regions of Peru between 2007 and 2017. This dataset utilizes data from the 2007 and 2017 Peruvian Censuses (Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática - INEI) and the Peruvian Institute of Economics (Instituto Peruano de Economía - IPE). It comprises 10 indicators:
1. Households with floors made of natural materials.
2. Households without a sewage connection.
3. Households with no access to electricity.
4. Income-poor persons (defined as those below the national poverty line).
5. Individuals aged 15 and over without completed primary education.
6. Illiterate persons aged 15 and over.
7. Mothers aged 12 to 14 years old.
8. Mothers with four or more children.
9. Individuals aged 18 and over without a National ID.
10. Individuals aged 18 and over without a birth certificate.
