This paper focuses on enhancing the autonomous collision avoidance capability of ships under complex and dynamic sea conditions, particularly in scenarios where the own ship faces limited turning capabilities and the target ship exhibits uncertain dynamic behaviors. An innovative method for variable speed and course maneuver planning is proposed, which is more aligned with practical navigation conditions.
