Notes: 1) The outcome variable “the components of mind wandering (Q3)” was multinominal, so three models were estimated separately for episodic thought, inner speech, and visual imagery, and the fourth category “others” was the reference category. 2) The trichotomus response to Q6 was coded by two dummy variables:”Cue from internal thoughts” and “ Cue from external surroundings”, and only “Cue from internal thoughts” was entered into the multilevel model because these two variables were negatively correlated.
