Sarcoma-derived exosomes play an important role in its development and metastasis. Besides the increased secretion of exosomes, the selective packaging of miRNA may contribute to the pathogenesis of sarcoma. Exosomes derived from Ewing sarcoma cells and human mesenchymal stem cells were isolated. Exosomal miRNAs were analyzed by microarray. Three group including exosomes derived from Ewing sarcoma cells (A673 and SK-N-MC) and human mesenchymal stem cells were set up and each group had three biological replicates.
