This paper is the second installment in the Grindflow Research Series, following “The Intelligence Deficit in Food Grinding MSMEs.” While the first paper established the structural problem—systemic inefficiencies, quality losses, and the absence of monitoring intelligence—this paper focuses on the requirements, constraints, and strategic realities of building a viable solution for this market.Rather than proposing a specific product or architecture, this work defines the non-negotiable conditions that any successful intelligence system must satisfy in the MSME food processing sector.
