Small intestinal group 3 innate lymphoid cells (ILC3) from ILC3-conditional BMAL1 knock out mice or littermate control mice were sort-purified for transcriptional analysis Overall design: ILC3 were sort-purified by flow cytometry from small intestinal lamina propria of 7-9 weeks old BMAL1 conditional KO mice and littermate control. Sorted cells were used to prepare RNA-seq libraries by using the Clontech SMARTer Ultra Low Input RNA Kit V4 (Clontech Laboratories).
