To characterize BEND2-binding sites on the genome, we conducted ChIP-seq analyses by using testicular lysates from FLAG-BEND2 KI mice. We found BEND2 preferentially binds to simple sequence repeats. Overall design: Ttesticular tissues from 15 dpp or 40 dpp FLAG-BEND2 mice were performed in each experiment. ChIP-seq data analyses were based on six independent replications.
