Urobiota Analysis in Pediatric Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections and Vesicoureteral Reflux

This dataset includes 16S rRNA sequencing data from urine samples collected from children diagnosed with urinary tract infections (UTIs) and with or without vesicoureteral reflux (VUR). Samples were obtained from participants in the Randomized Intervention for Children with Vesicoureteral Reflux (RIVUR, n = 228) and the Careful Urinary Tract Infection Evaluation (CUTIE, n = 97) cohorts. Sequencing was performed on an Illumina MiSeq platform. The data support analysis of urinary microbial community types, microbial diversity, and associations with clinical factors such as VUR status, age, and toilet training.
