ENIGMA SCZ MRS Site Specific Sumstats

These are the leave one out site specific GWAS summary statistics. These files are necessary to run the ENIGMA SCZ MRS study. Instructions can be found on the Github page https://github.com/nadineparker/ENIGMA_SCZ_MRS. Be sure to replace the sumstats directory from the main project folder download (see github page) with your site specific sumstats directory downloaded here.
