Data and viewer for the atlas of full disk spectroheliograms

This is the initial public release of the spectroheliogram atlas, the "Solar Disks Spectrum Atlas", containing both the data (first data release) and a web-browser based viewer for the data (sample implementation). This repo, if cloned, should work locally, out of the box, provided one has for example xampp configured on localhost, as detailed in the repo readme. github.com/vnp85/solar-disks-spectrum-atlas
