Association between fermented food consumption and sleep quality under psychological stress: database.

A prospective cohort questionnaire-based study was conducted online on a group of medical students from the Medical University of Lodz, Poland that were under exam stress. The participants were asked to provide information regarding their health and sleep quality in the last week before the exam. During the four days before the exam, the participants were recording consumption of various types of food and beverages, including fermented food. All data collected through the surveys is provided in this database.
