RNA sequence generated 39,428,314 - 46,932,400 clean reads in brain of control group and H2O2 treatment group. The Q20 and Q30 values for each sample were grater 97.48 % and 92.87 %, respectively, and the average GC content was 48.96 %. The alignment statistics results exhibited that the ratio of the mapped reads was approximately 82.06 % compared to reference genome of Cyprinus carpio. After H2O2 exposure, there were 1,813 DEGs including 604 up-regulated genes and 1209 down-regulated gene
