This repository contains processed datasets generated in the study “Global patterns of stage-specific alternative polyadenylation in rice tillering revealed by Nanopore long-read sequencing and proteomics”. The datasets include:(i) a processed APA site usage and count matrix derived from Nanopore long-read RNA sequencing,(ii) quantitative proteomics intensity matrices across rice tillering stages, and(iii) updated polyadenylation site and transcript annotation files generated from long-read data.
