By collecting and analyzing customers' demand and consumption-related data for metering pumps in the Taizhou region, this dataset aims to understand the purchasing power level and consumption preferences of customers regarding metering pump demand, providing a decision-making basis for all enterprises in the industry. Classifying customers into three levels of "high", "medium" and "low" helps to better organize customers, with high-level customers contacted 1 to 2 times per month, medium-level customers 1 to 2 times per quarter, and low-level customers 1 to 2 times every six months, so as to better provide personalized products and services and formulate more precise marketing strategies.
1. Data Collection: Collect transaction data related to customers' demand for metering pumps.
2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis and application.
3. Algorithm Processing: Conduct demand analysis on the processed data, with the demand level P calculated by the following formula:
P = [(b2 - b3) + (b1 - b3)] / [(a2 - a3) + (a1 - a3)] * K
Where:
- b2: maximum single transaction amount
- b3: average transaction amount
- b1: minimum single transaction amount
- a2: maximum number of single orders
- a3: average number of orders
- a1: minimum number of single orders
- K: consumption coefficient
The average number of orders and average transaction amount refer to the indicators of each individual customer. The value of K varies across different regions; based on industry experience, the K value for Taizhou is 0.9.
4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into "high", "medium" and "low" levels based on the calculated demand level P: customers with P > 5000 are marked as "high", those with 0 ≤ P ≤ 5000 are marked as "medium", and those with P < 0 are marked as "low".
