The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of icaritin on CD8 T-cell chemotaxis and the CXCL10 CXCR3 axis in IFN-gamma CSE-stimulated THP-1-derived macrophages, and then to determine the mechanisms. The mechanisms of icaritin inhibiting the CXCL10 CXCR3 axis were investigated by RNA sequencing.
