Microbial analysis of rumen, jejunum and colon of cattle Raw sequence reads

In this study, we investigate the effects of dietary cadmium exposure on gastroinestinal microbiota in cattle.This study aimed to (i) explore whether the dietary cadmium exposure affects the gastrointestinal microbiota of cattle, and (ii) determine the key microbiota under cadmium exposure, and (iii) investigate the potential risks associated with alterations of gastrointestinal microbiota of cattle. Analyzing these fluctuation of microbiota shed light on effects of cadmium on cattle and potential health risks caused by cadmium on ruminants.
