K0 ubiquitin SILAC, Experiments done with yeast. wt yeast cells overexpressing wt His-tagged wt Ubiquitin were grown in SD media supplemented with light (normal) amino acids. wt yeast cells overexpressing His-tagged K0 Ubiquitin (lysine-less) were grown in SD media supplemented with heavy amino acids (+8-lysine and +10-arginine) K0_1= experiment no. 1 K0_2= experiment no. 2 Data was measured on Thermo Orbitrap XL (RAW files) and converted to mzML using MSConvert (via TPP 4.4.1). Files named as "Total" refer to Whole cell extract Files named as "Pullout" refer enrichment of X8His-tagged ubiquitinated proteins (by NiNTA affinity purification)
