RNA-sequencing of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells with and without treatment of BAY 2506856

MDA-MB-231 cancer cells were treated for 24h with DMSO or BAY 2506856. RNA-sequencing was performed to identify changes induced by treatment on the transcriptome level. Cell lines MDA-MB-231 were grown overnight prior to treatment with DMSO or with BAY 2506856 at a concentration of 0.1 µM, 0.3 µM or 1 µM. The cells were harvested 24 h post-treatment for RNA isolation and sequencing.
