通过在西湖龙井茶产区不同基地定点监测茶芽生长数据,并根据《西湖龙井茶鲜叶质量控制技术规程》T/XHLJ 005—2022的有关标准,构建西湖龙井茶开采指数模型,通过计算全域监测点的不同茶芽状态占比均值和特定长度的茶芽占比,得出西湖龙井茶开采指数,为是否达到茶叶开采期提供辅助判断的客观依据,促使杭州市官方公布的开采期更加准确,能够更好地兼顾产区内不同小环境下的茶芽生长差异,让更多茶农茶企在最适宜的日期尽早开采,从而提升西湖龙井茶的经济收益。
By conducting fixed-point monitoring of tea bud growth data at various bases within the West Lake Longjing tea producing area, and in accordance with the relevant standards stipulated in the *Technical Regulations for Fresh Leaf Quality Control of West Lake Longjing Tea* (T/XHLJ 005-2022), we constructed a harvesting index model for West Lake Longjing tea. By calculating the average proportion of different tea bud statuses and the proportion of tea buds of specific lengths across all monitoring points in the entire producing area, we derived the West Lake Longjing Tea Harvesting Index, which provides an objective basis for auxiliary judgement on whether the tea harvesting period has been reached. This enables the officially announced harvesting period in Hangzhou to be more accurate, better accommodates the differences in tea bud growth under various micro-environments within the producing area, and allows more tea farmers and enterprises to harvest at the optimal date as early as possible, thereby enhancing the economic benefits of West Lake Longjing tea.
