资源简介:
The dataset for the study titled “Effects of BOSU Exercises and Therapeutic Pole Exercises on Balance and Core Control in Obese Patients” consists of data collected from 66 obese participants, who were randomly allocated into two groups of 33 participants each. Group A received BOSU exercise training, while Group B received therapeutic pole exercise training. The dataset includes participants’ demographic and anthropometric characteristics, such as age, gender, height, weight, and body mass index (BMI), along with pre- and post-intervention measurements of balance and core control. Each participant was assigned a unique identification number, and all data were manually entered and organized for statistical analysis to evaluate and compare the effectiveness of the two exercise interventions in improving balance and core control among obese patients.
