Data description:My data includes thirteen documents as listed below:1. “isochronous magnetic field map .txt” has three columns: isochronous field calculated by Gordon’s method, the simulated magnet field simulated by OPREA3D, and the difference between the isochronous field and simulated field along the radius. This corresponds to the data in figure2(a)2. “RFerror.txt” has two columns: the kinetic energy of the beam and the phase slip during acceleration. This is the figure2(b)’s data.3. “SEO.txt” has two columns: x and y values of SEO from 1 to 11MeV. This corresponds to the data in figure2(c).4. “tune.txt” has four columns: the radical betatron and axial betatron of the beam simulation data form OPAL and DONS codes. This corresponds to the data in figure2(d).5. “initial phase vs energy gain .txt” has eight columns: phase form -90 to 90 degrees and initial particle phases of -90, -70, -60, -40, -30, -20, 0 respectively. This corresponds to the data in figure4(a). 6. “trajectors4b.txt” has eight columns: the trajectories of x and y for particles with difference initial phases of -90, -60, -20, and 10. This corresponds to the data in figure4(b).7. “phase acceptance.txt” has three columns: initial phase acceptance, distribution of ions injected from the ion source, and optimal phase acceptance. This corresponds to the data in figure4(c)(d).8. “trajectories.txt” has eight columns: the beam trajectories of x and y simulated form DONS and OPAL, “extraction1” indicates the extraction trajectories stripped by stripping foil 1(extracted beam), and “extraction2” indicates the extraction trajectories stripped by stripping foil 2(discarded beam). This corresponds to the data in figure5(a).9. “Energy gain and phase.txt” has five columns: the number of turns, energy gain per turn simulated form DONS and OPAL, and the corresponding RF phase slip. This corresponds to the data in figure5(b)(c).10. “phase space.txt” has two columns: z and pz values of the particles. This corresponds to the data in figure6(a).11. “emittance and beamsize.txt” has six columns: the kinetic energy of the beam, radical emittance, longitudinal emittance, axial emittance, and the evolution of radial beam size with energy. This corresponds to the data in figure6(b)(c)(d).12. “R and Z phase space.txt” has four columns: radius value and the radius component of particle momentum, axial value and the axial component of particle momentum. This corresponds to the data in figure7(a)(b).13. “beam size in R and Z.txt” has three columns: radius, the radius component of beam size, and the axial component of beam size. This corresponds to the data in figure7(c)(d).
