We generated HLA-edited functionally rejuvenated human papilloma virus-specific CTLs (HPV-rejTs). These rejTs successfully suppressed recipient immune rejection, while retaining more robust cytotoxicity than that of original CTLs. To clarify this, single-cell RNA sequencing was performed.
