Ips typographus Raw sequence reads

We inspected the effect of selected monoterpene (i.e., limonene, sabiene) exposure via fumigation method on the gene expression of Ips typographus. We pooled 3 individuals from control, limonene, and sabiene-exposed beetles and did RNA-seq of the whole body. Hence, we have 1 biological replicate with three beetles for each monoterpene treatment. Our gene expression data showed interesting insights for monoterpene detoxification in bark beetles.
