资源简介:
This study focused on the ability of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to resist to toxic concentrations of cinnamaldehyde (CNA, the main compound of cinnamon essential oil): 10 mutants have been selected and their genome have been sequenced in order to identify the mechanisms implicated. A-type mutants (CNA-A1, A2 and A3) resulted from exposure to stable concentration of CNA (900 microg/mL) for 10 days. B-type mutants resulted from exposure to increasing concentrations of CNA (from 900 to 1400 microg/mL): CNA-B1, B2 and B3 were selected 5 days post-exposure (reaching 1100 microg/mL CNA) and CNA-B4, B5, B6 and B7 were selected 10 days post-exposure (reaching 1400 microg/mL CNA).
