In the seven years since the inception of the original THPdb, the number of FDA-approved protein drugs has increased significantly. THPdb2 contains three times more information than its predecessor, helping researchers annotate and understand the therapeutic potential of proteins. The database integrates data from: Primary Literature: Meticulously collected and curated from research publications. External Repositories: Data sourced from DrugBank, PubChem, and UniProt.
