This are genomic samples used in the study “K-FluDB: A Novel K-Mer Based Database for Enhanced Genomic Surveillance of Influenza A Viruses” by Uscanga et al. 2024.
All samples included in this dataset were collected as part of the Official Mexican Influenza Response, adhering to the guidelines of the Mexican Official Norm NOM-017-SSA2-2012. Under this regulation, informed consent is waived, and all data are anonymized to ensure confidentiality.
