Differentially expressed ncRNAs derived from circulating exosomes in the pathogenesis of rat spinal cord injury

This study was originally designed to have a general overview of differentially expressed ncRNAs including miRNAs, circRNAs and lncRNAs, from circulating exosomes in SCI rats in comparison with the control rats.本研究最初旨在全面概述脊髓损伤（spinal cord injury, SCI）大鼠循环外泌体中与对照大鼠相比的差异表达非编码RNA（non-coding RNAs, ncRNAs），涵盖微小RNA（microRNAs, miRNAs）、环状RNA（circular RNAs, circRNAs）及长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNAs, lncRNAs）。
