By performing transcriptome sequencing on the roots, stems, and leaves of Polygala tenuifolia, functional annotation and differential expression gene analysis of Polygala tenuifolia genes were performed. Based on the gene screening obtained from this sequencing, glycosyltransferase genes in Polygala tenuifolia were identified, and candidate genes related to the biosynthesis of saponins in Polygala tenuifolia were discovered, providing data resources for molecular biology research in Polygala tenuifolia.
