Supporting data for: Culturable Gut-Associated Bacteria from Beta-Cyfluthrin-Exposed Spodoptera frugiperda Larvae in East Java, Indonesia — Isolation, Molecular Identification, and a Preliminary Agar-Based Screen
收藏资源简介:
Supporting dataset for the manuscript "Culturable Gut-Associated Bacteria from Beta-Cyfluthrin-Exposed Spodoptera frugiperda Larvae in East Java, Indonesia: Isolation, Molecular Identification, and a Preliminary Agar-Based Screen" (Hadi MS, Utomo YADP, Pratiwi AA, Fidia R, Taufiqurrahman AF, Zahro FA; submitted to the Journal of Asia-Pacific Entomology, manuscript JAPE-D-26-00441, under revision at the time of this deposit). Twenty-five field-collected S. frugiperda larvae from maize fields in Kayen Kidul, Kediri, East Java were exposed to a commercial beta-cyfluthrin formulation for 24 h; five survivors yielded 15 culturable gut bacterial isolates (B1–B15). This deposit contains: Clear-zone screening measurements from an agar-diffusion assay of the 15 isolates against beta-cyfluthrin (mean ± SD only; no per-replicate data survives — disclosed as a limitation in the workbook). Morphological and physiological characterization data for all 15 isolates. Partial 16S rRNA molecular identification (BLASTn closest-match results, NanoDrop DNA quality data, and 32 raw Sanger trace files — .ab1/.seq — for the seven isolates retained after sequencing; an eighth isolate, B13, was withdrawn due to an unresolved chromatogram conflict). Exploratory, non-quantitative GC-MS screening output for five culture extracts and an uninoculated control. Each workbook includes its own README, metadata, and data-dictionary sheets. A master README.md ties the four workbooks together and lists all known data limitations (no per-replicate clear-zone data; B13 withdrawal; GC-MS results are exploratory only, with no quantitative removal/degradation values reported anywhere in this dataset or the manuscript).
