Movement ecology and diversity of chars in Kugluktuk, Nunavut

This project was co-developed with the Kugluktuk Hunters and Trappers Organization (HTO), and is intended to generate new understanding and knowledge on: i) diversity of chars in the Coppermine River and Coronation Gulf; ii) migration timing and coastal movement of anadromous chars in the Coppermine River and Coronation Gulf areas; and, iii) overwintering and spawning habitats used by chars in the Coppermine River watershed.
