We treated Phb1-present or absent mice macrophages, including J774A.1 cell line and bone marrow-driven macrophages (BMDMs) with inflammatory stresses (LPS + ATP). We also treated the PHB1-present or absent HeLa cell line with H2O2. Subsequently, we observed the co-localization between mitochondrial DNA and mitochondria or NLRP3/AIM2 with the confocal microscope.
