Dataset For Proptech Adoption among Estate Surveyors and Valuers in Nigeria

This study examined the determinants of PropTech adoption through an integrated multi-theoretical framework combining the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework, Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), and Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) theory. The integration of these frameworks captures the multidimensional nature of technology adoption in resource-constrained, institutionally complex contexts like Nigeria. Using a quantitative, cross-sectional research design, data were collected from 238 registered Estate Surveyors and Valuers in Abuja, Nigeria, via structured questionnaires. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to analyze relationships among environmental factors, technological factors, organizational readiness, individual perceptions, and PropTech adoption.
