CCT Free Call Lines

FreeCall lines are located at various municipal and community buildings throughout Cape Town and allow you to contact us directly at no cost. FreeCall lines automatically connects to the City’s 24-hour call centre. An agent will answer the phone in the language of your choice, log a service request, and give you a reference number which you can use to follow up at any time. The lines are located in municipal buildings, housing offices, cash offices, libraries, clinics and community facilities throughout Cape Town. All spatial layers are served live from internal systems, an item's "Last Updated" or "Publish Date" refers to the Metadata only.开普敦全市各市政及社区楼宇均设有免费热线（FreeCall），您可无需任何费用直接联系开普敦市政府。该热线将自动接入市政府的24小时呼叫中心，客服专员将按照您选定的语种接听来电，登记服务诉求，并提供参考编号，您可随时凭该编号跟进服务进度。此类热线的布设点位覆盖开普敦全市的市政楼宇、房管办公室、现金缴费柜台、图书馆、诊所及社区公共设施。所有空间图层（spatial layers）均通过内部系统实时提供服务，各图层条目的「最后更新时间」或「发布日期」仅针对元数据（Metadata）有效。
