Metagenome sequencing of dust, soil and water microbial sample

We simultaneously collected dust samples, as well as soil and seawater (water) samples from Xiamen, China to comprehensively investigate metagenomic profiles and sources of ABGs, along with the activity of arsenic biotransformation by microorganisms in dust.
