广东省人民医院心脏康复标准化数据库集括患者信息管理、康复评估数据、康复训练方案、患者康复数据分析与跟踪等信息，主要通过心脏康复数据电子化、心脏康复规范流程化，经过自行制定的标准规则加工处理产生，可为患者型心脏康复提供预约、评估、治疗、随访、宣教服务，形成心脏康复中心科学、规范、闭环的管理模式。
