Genome sequence of dengue virus isolated from adult patients in Thailand.

Sequencing of the dengue virus isolated from adult patients enrolled in a dengue clinical trial (Efficacy and Safety of Ivermectin Against Dengue Infection, Clinicaltrials.gov ID: NCT02045069). This clinical trial was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of ivermectin in adult dengue patients in Thailand.
