STATE LEGAL POLICY IN SUPPORTING SMALL BUSINESSES AND ITS ECONOMIC RESULTS

This thesis analyzes the state's legal policy in supporting small businesses, its main directions and economic results. In particular, the legal conditions created for business entities, tax incentives, financial support mechanisms and the effectiveness of institutional reforms are considered. It also covers the issues of increasing employment levels, ensuring economic growth and stimulating regional development through the development of small businesses. The thesis analyzes the impact of modern state policy on small business activities and its socio-economic results.
