MeshScope-Region Dataset: ICU/HCU Supply and Road-Network Accessibility across Japan's 330 Secondary Medical Areas

Zone-level ICU/HCU notified-bed supply, facility-point coordinates for 1,045 notifying facilities (with per-row geocoding provenance), secondary-medical-area boundaries reflecting the 2025 Akita 8-to-3 reorganization (330 zones), population-weighted road-network access to the nearest ICU-notifying facility (1-km census mesh x OSRM/OpenStreetMap), and the coordinate-remediation audit trail (municipality-centroid vs facility-point geocoding on an identical road network: national 30-min coverage 90.21% to 90.28%, 145/333 zones substantively changed, up to +/-66 pp). v1.0 declares one known limitation: mesh-access files were computed on pre-reorganization 335-zone boundaries (Akita rows use old codes); v1.1 will update them.
