"Sightings_Data.csv" contains data on normalised sightings (sightings per survey = Normalized_Sightings), Chlorophyl-a concentration (CHL) and sea surface temperature (SST). "Whale shark seasonal rhythms.R" is and R script for analysing this data based on GAMMs and plotting the model outputs.
