Student perspectives on AI in Higher Education: 2026 Student Survey

This document provides the survey items used by the AIinHE project in 2026. The project was a collaborative effort of four major Australian universities: Monash University, the University of Queensland, Deakin University, and the University of Technology Sydney. Co-funded by these institutions, the project aimed to understand higher education students' relationships with generative Artificial Intelligence (AI). In addition to the survey items, the document includes details of the survey construction and further context of the project.
